Tenant portal
The tenant-facing side of the app, branded with your management company's name.
- Logins issued per unit
- Announcements to a building or a block
- Document inbox for each tenancy
- Tenant change without losing the unit file
The paperwork of a tenancy — statements, documents, contracts and repair requests — in one app for tenants and owners.
The same tenancy, seen from a tenant's phone and from an owner's desk.
Each tenancy gets its own login tied to the unit, not to an email thread. Tenants see their own documents and nothing belonging to a neighbour.
Lease, house rules, handover protocol, meter readings and correspondence filed under the unit they belong to, and still there after a tenant changes.
Annual utility settlements and rent statements published to the tenant in readable form, with the positions listed instead of summed into one number.
A defect is reported with photo, room and date from the flat itself. The request keeps its status, so nobody has to ask whether it was passed on.
Owners see the contracts running on a property and the invoices booked against it in one list, per unit and per period.
Modules are licensed per property. We scope them with you before anything is quoted.

Your existing paperwork brought into one structure that survives staff changes.
Rent and utility statements prepared, published and acknowledged in the app.
Incoming defect reports collected in one queue instead of calls and messages.
The contract and invoice view for people who own the building rather than live in it.
Scope, licensing and rollout are agreed in writing after the first consultation.
The portal works in a browser as well as in the app. A tenant who does not want a second app on their phone can open the same login in a browser and see the same documents.
It is imported. Scanned leases, protocols and correspondence are filed under the unit they belong to during setup, so the archive does not start empty on day one.
Access follows the tenancy and the role. A tenant sees their own unit, an owner sees their property, and management sees the portfolio. Nothing is shared across tenancies by default.
Yes. Statements and invoices can be imported from your existing system rather than re-entered, and we check the file formats with you in the first consultation.
Those tenancies stay on paper. The unit file is kept in the app either way, so management works from one record while the tenant keeps receiving post.
I reported a leaking radiator with a photo on a Sunday and could see it had been passed to a contractor. No calling the office to ask whether anyone had read the email.
The contracts and the invoices for the property are in one list now. When my tax adviser asks for the year, I export it instead of hunting through a folder.
Publishing the utility statements used to be an envelope job. Now the tenancies get them in the portal and I can see who has opened theirs.
Tell us what you manage today and we will go through what would move into the app.
Thank you. Someone from WB Verwaltungs will get in touch by email shortly.
